Kid's Kingdom... Wyatt's Daycare
Thanks for the prayers, and good energy and in some cases Rebecca- Julie the UNDECIDED energy, but I am happy to report that Wyatt has had a great start to his daycare experience! He has seemed to really enjoy the past 2 days, I was worried about yesterday because we were delayed getting home Sunday night from Tulsa, and actually landed at the Lubbock airport at 10:30 pm, several hours past Wyatt's bedtime. He was sleeping heavy by 8:00pm last night, and we were up again this morning at 7:15am, and out the door by 7:35am, tomorrow I will have to move it up 15 minutes to make it to work on time. These early mornings are killing me!!!! I have to get myself ready, make Wyatt a hot breakfast, and be gone by 7:30am. He eats breakfast again at daycare, but I figure he can't have enough. Yesterday, they served corn dogs, broccoli, and beans and he wanted none of it. So last night I made some of his favorites, and take them to daycare. I encourage them to offer new foods, but when he refuses to then offer his comfort foods. We need to continue putting on the ounces, and I mean they are coming only by the ounces. He weighed 18lbs, 12 oz on Saturday at Dr. Raley's, still not enough for forward facing car seat.
Okay, funny story.... Several people have mentioned including myself that when Wyatt started daycare he would learn to walk soon because he sees his friends doing it, and would want to copy them. Well yesterday when I went to pick Wyatt up he was crawling, and a cute little girl got down on her knees and started crawling behind Wyatt. WOW... The parents should be so proud (not) that their kids have regressed. Justin says it is because Wyatt is the cool kid, and everyone wants to be a part of that. He is a cool kid!!!!! He is spending a great deal of time pushing a toy that he stands behind. We will see how long it takes for him to get it mastered.
Hope everyone is enjoying their week!

We continue to pray for you guys daily. I'm glad Wyatt has enjoyed daycare. Miss you!
I'm so glad that Wyatt is enjoying daycare. He is continuing to grow, even if it is slowly, and will be up walking soon enough. I'm praying that everything you are working for falls into place soon.
We love you,
Aunt Laurie
I have thought about my little nephew all week and am so glad he enjoys daycare. The boys are missing Wyatt and when I told them he said "all done" they missed him even more. Its time for a visit.
I am glad things are going well for you guys and hope to see you all very soon.
Lots of Love,
Stephanie
My prayer is that you all will be together as a family quickly and whatever it's going to take to make that happen. What a relief that Wyatt has transitioned to the daycare so well. I'm sure that does take a load off of you. Know that we pray for you all and continue to trust God to direct your path.
Love you,
Julie

Lisa I am sad to tell you that 5-month old Ginger weighs almost as much as Wyatt does--18 pounds! She is such a chunk. Will they let you put Wyatt back on formula? Ha! You do need to take some more pictures and post them! We miss y'all and hope to see you soon!
Love,
Taylor
