Getting ready for tomorrow...
Well it is Thursday midday here, and we are BORED. Justin said last night as soon as we get home he wants a steak. The food in Russia is good, just not so much here at this hotel. We had been eating some good meals with Irina, but not this past week. She has decided she needs to eat more lettuce only, she is a size 6 (guessing) but has decided she can not get into her good clothes. I think me and Justin are suffering because of her diet (ha.ha) Maybe in the next day or two we can go out for a meal. We have not eaten out in over a week, and how many ramon noodles, and french fries can one person have?
Went for another visit yesterday to see Wyatt, and he was in a good mood. We played for a couple of hours, and then fed him his lunch. Literally, when he took his last bite a caretaker came and took him out of Justin's arms. I thought she was going to burp him or something, no she was taking him to his room said it was nap time. Irina walked in to see all of this happening, I was not believing that it was happening because of what was discussed the day before about we would be the ones to take him and put him in his crib. I am really beginning to resent this place! But, tomorrow we will have him again, and that will be it for the orphanage, hopefully! He still has no bumps.
I promise to post tomorrow night after we get Wyatt, and will include a new picture at that time, we will be calling it Gotcha Day II!

So thats what I have been doing wrong all this time,,, not eating enough lettuce. Glad to hear you are one day closer to Gotcha Day II! I know Wyatt is just about ready to tell those kind ladies goodby... and that they better watch out becuase his mama is there... You are in my thoughts and prayers. Take care and thank you again for all the updates.
Lisa.. sorry.. I am not very good at this I have just realized when I made all of the post it did not say who it was from..... some of us are not a quick as we once were. Becky
I told the boys tonight as we were praying that you all would be having lunch on Thursday in Vlad. Doesn't sound like there was truth in advertising with the Vlad as an "Oasis". Friday can not come fast enough can it? So glad it will come for you 15 hours before it comes for us in OK. Your Gotcha Day II is on my birthday, how special I will not forget. So sorry all that you have had to go through but also so glad it's going to soon be over!:)
Love to you 3,
Rykers
You two will be great parents with all the patience you have been practicing!
We love you,
Aunt Laurie and Uncle Craig
Can't wait for tomorrow! Yeah!!! Stay strong, one more day!
Liz
lots of people asking about you at church. Randy from BS said she has been praying for you.
Lord, Thank you for being Wyatt's defender. Your are more powerful than any plan the enemy has against him. Thank you that you will never leave or forsake him, and that you are always strong on his behalf. No matter what happens, we will look to You to deliver him from the hand of all that opposes him. Amen!
Love, Rebecca

Hey guys! If my calculations are right (and they may be way off!) you guys are experiencing Gotcha Day II right now. I'm crying tears of joy just thinking how wonderful it must feel for you guys to hold your son in your arms once more. Wyatt is so lucky to have such wonderful and caring parents to give him the love and tenderness he has been missing. And, Amen! to Rebecca's post. Praise the Lord for being Wyatt's defender through this all. Randy and I are looking forward to reading your next post!
