Justin and Wyatt, one has had chicken pox!
Just an update to let you all know that Justin wants to set the record straight. He has had chicken pox, and got them when he was 13 or 14. Momma Meacham he says they were really bad, and that he noticed his first bump when he was climbing a hill. He went home took a hot shower, and caused them to blister and spread! That's his story...
For Wyatt as of today he still has no chicken pox, he and the little boy being adopted by the family from Sherman Texas are the only ones left. We did go to the orphanage today for a family picture for our embassy/ visa inviation for Wyatt. Irina called panicked this morning and said it needed to be done now before he has the chicken pox and all that blue stuff on his face. We do not need those pictures for the legal documents, trying to get out of the country. With each passing day and no bumps, I get mad that I agreed to take him back. Can you image as a mother putting your son in a crib knowing what it is going to do? We took pictures of his play buddy that is covered with spots, and blue stuff and we will try and post this picture.
Irina will call tonight with another update for us.

Glad for Justin....sad for Wyatt, but hang in there guys, you're all one day closer to being back home. I love you all...Happy Easter.
Uncle Wayne
It sounded to me like you did not have much choice in the matter of taking him back or not. This will be all said and done before too much longer. Just hang on, I will pray for patience for all of you.
Happy Easter, we love you guys.
Jane
It does not sound like you had a choice. Unfortunately you have to do whatever you are told until you come back to the US. Look at the bright side,(trying to be optimistic here) you are getting this over with early in his life. I also know that it is so much easier for little ones to get the pox when they are little. I am just sad that you all have to go through it. I know it breaks your heart but you are doing whatever you have to so that you can take your baby home. That is what mommies do. See you are such a great Mommy! Baby Wyatt is so lucky to have you and Justin.
Are you allowed to see him and feed him while he is there??
I need your personal email address that you can check over there. I want to update you on Eric and the move. You can email me it is hellonuemann@aol.com.
Hang in there~ you and Justin will be home with Wyatt before you know it.
I am also happy that Justin had Chicken Pox. All I could think was where can we mail calamin (however you spell it) lotion.
Happy Easter,
Kris
As the old saying goes: "Chin up young person, this is only temporary!" I know, I know: easier said than done. I certainly agree with Uncle Wayne, you are getting one day closer to coming home and you will not be told what to do anymore where ya'll's son is concerned! Try to concentrate on the positive side: he is yours and you will have a lifetime of memories with him from here on out! Mr. Wyatt is one very lucky little boy to ya'll as his very own parents! I know he loves you both very much!
You are in our constant prayer! We love ya'll bunches!
The Scotts
You have what it takes to get through this! Be strong, stand tall, keep the faith!
We love you,
Aunt Laurie and Uncle Craig
Oh, I am sorry Lis. I know how frustrated you both must be. I find it ridiculous if he hasn't shown any signs but I guess they have their procedures to follow and he has been exposed obviously. Still, doesn't make it any easier for yall. Sooner the better. I pray that God places His hand on your family, and I think that is exactly what He has done. Wyatt may not get them. You never know. I just pray that the little guy recieves a clean bill of health, no delay in returning home and God gives you safe travel and just a blessed remaining time with your son. It will all be worth it in the end. These are your hard times! Keep strong! Love yall!

It is 7:09 a.m. Easter morning in Vlad as I write this. Still amazes me the technology with being able to communicate with you and you all being on the other side of the world and 15 hours ahead of us here in Oklahoma. Look forward to your updates, you might say I'm an obcessed fan. Everyone has such wonderful words of encouragement for you guys. Just know that they are all heart felt and there are many more that are praying for you all. Hope things are going as well as possible for you and praying like crazy that you get Wyatt back soon. Happy Easter! Love to you 3,
Rykers
Lisa and Justin,
I will keep you guys in my prayers. Happy Easter! I know you must be frustrated. They say anything worth having is worth waiting for. Wyatt is worth the wait. He is a strong little boy. Sounds like he will be the perfect Texas RedRaider. Keep us posted we are on the edge of our seats waiting for the next post.
Love,
Sabra
Your hearts must be hurting so much. Hope you are able to spend all of your waking hours with Wyatt. It won't be long until the Russians aren't controlling your life, although God is really the one in control. Keep remembering that. God loves Wyatt and only wants him to be able to go home with his mommy and daddy. Hope your Easter has been good. Love you guys so much. Rebecca
Well it is 2:00pm Easter day in Vlad. I hope all is well and that you were able to see Wyatt today. Thanks for posting the pictures. He is such a handsome little man. I can't wait to hold him and love on him. He already looks like he is in love with his mommy. I will continue to keep you 3 in my prayers.
Happy Easter
