This week is Christmas...
We had a great time with our extended family over the weekend in Dallas, I will try and get some new pictures posted from this trip. While we were there we went to see my 96 year old great Aunt( she will be 96 on January 5th) at the Nursing Home, and handed chocolates out to the residents, and staff, and even sang a Christmas song or two. She really loves it when we come for a visit!
My friend Breck posted a link for Steven Curtis Chapman, and his song all I want for Christmas. Turn your speakers up, click play and listen to this wonderful song that represents how many, many children all over the world are feeling about this Christmas season.
I am off to get my day started and a busy one at that. New tires ( that are months, and months overdue), borrowing ski clothes for my nephews ( they are here with me, and we will be leaving Wednesday to go snow skiing, a first for them), and finishing up a little Christmas shopping( actually my nephews are wanting to get for their parents).
Have a great day, and I will let you know about Santa's first visit!!!!!!!!
