Todays Dilema!!!!!!
So I am getting ready for a garage sale this weekend, and I had been collecting a few of Wyatt's items that he has outgrown and was going to add them to the sale. Granted it is only a few items because he has not outgrown much, but the items are 2 nighttime sleepers, a pair of shoes, and a pair of shorts. So your asking what's the problem?
The problem is I have decided I might not be able to part with them. The shoes were his 1st pair, the shorts were his first pair he has outgrown, and one of the sleepers was what he slept in the very first night we had him in Russia with us. See the problem?
Will I always want to keep everything? Any suggestions on this matter, post up before the sale starts on Friday!

I am not really big into keeping that much stuff around unless it's really sentimental! The sleeper from the first night you had him would be a keeper for me! The rest I would sell, but that may be just me! I get in trouble around here for throwing so much stuff out! You asked, so there you have it! Love the new pics by the way!
I kept the outfit that we brought the girls home in from the hospital. I would keep the sleeper! This is just the 1st of many more items you will be pondering over on to keep or not keep!

Lisa...you are asking the wrong person. I KEEP EVERYTHING. I kept the last of the first diapers we bought for Anastiya...(unused, of course!) Laughs. It is always better to be safe than sorry!
However, another garage sale? Are you kidding me?? OH MY GOSH! BRAVE BRAVE SOUL!
Hugs!

I still have the sleeper Brandon wore home from the hospital and took a picture of Aiden wearing it. Now I have to get a picture of Donovan wearing it too. I also have boots, stuffed animals, art work, school projects, toys, boogie boards, skis...... When you see my garage you may change your mind about saving things! I did have a quilt made for Aiden out of his daddy's old T shirts his God parents brought from all over the world.

I am a keeper, but also I am keeping stuff for the next baby... if it's not a girl, I will go through it at that point and decide what things are sentimental and need to be kept.
I defnitely think the sleeper from the first night you had him is a keeper regardless, but you might want to pack all this stuff up and save it for the next one! :)
Okay...you asked...so here is my two cents. I am not a sentimental person...SO if it were me, i would keep the sleeper and the rest could go. Also Amber makes a great point...watcha going to do if you have another boy? I saved all of Ragon's clothes until we found out Grey was a boy...then it ALL went to Aunt Molly's....and I mean ALL!!! But what is important is what YOU want to do and feel comfortable with....do that!
Hi guys!! I'm just catching myself up to speed on your lives and I HAD to comment on this! I have the exact same problem! I've put everything in bins in the basement for a rummage sale "some day", but I don't know when I'm actually going to be able to break down and get rid of the clothes. Just too many memories! I did, however, donate some of their outfits to the orphanage just last week. I sent some stuff with a family who was going to meet their son for the first time. Guess that made it a little easier! We think of you guys often and hope you are well! Love, Jen and the boys
