Less than a week before we leave!!!!!

As I get ready for the work week and think about everything that needs to be done before we can get on that plane next Saturday morning, I think WOW!!!!!!!

For those of you who have been asking for our itinerary here is the overview. We leave Tulsa on the 22nd of December at 10:30am , headed for Chicago. At 2:35 pm we leave Chicago for Munich, Germany scheduled to arrive there at 6:10am on the 23rd, and will depart there at 7:25 am for Moscow. We will depart Moscow at 7:10 pm and arrive Vladivostok at 10:50am on December 24th. So the flying time without layovers is 22 hours, and total travel time going is 46 hours, without real facilities or a bed. But, can you say adventure..... All I know for sure is we will arrive in on the 24th and be with baby Meacham on Christmas morning/day. We have packed his first Christmas Pooh bear, and a book that we will share with him on Christmas morning. We will then bring his things back with us because we are told that anything that gets left is community property and will not be there when we return for him on the next trip. Our return trip looks about the same way departing Vladivostok on the 28th at 1:30 pm, and returning to Tulsa on the 29th scheduled in at 5:25 pm. We will spend the night in Frankfurt, Germany on our way back.

Justin and I are so excited about what is ahead, and just ready to be there. I actually started packing about an hour ago so as to not forget anything we will need for the trip. I can not express how blessed we have been through this process. I always knew we had great friends, but many people have surprised us over the past couple of days.Lots of people are helping to make this happen! From prayers to love, from shopping for us to watching our 4 legged babies while we are away, every gift has been a blessing from God.
