We have a baby boy!

Last night we spoke to Dr. Eckel at Cooks Hospital in Fort Worth, and he was able to answer all our questions about our baby son. So, let me introduce to you what will soon be our newest addition to the Meacham family. Baby Andrey ( Russian given name) he was born in March of 2007, and was 4.85lbs at birth. Justin and I are still deciding on little boy names, if you have any suggestions now would be the time to share. Justin would tell you that we have a name picked out and it is Wyatt, middle name undecided, Meacham! Baby Meacham is small, but with prayer, love, and good nutrition he will soon catch up. Please pray for baby Andrey, the orphanage, and the process that still lies ahead. We prayed last night that Andrey would feel loved and safe until we could come to bring him to his forever home. As of right now we are unsure when our first trip will be, thinking it will be sometime Mid to Late January! I have called EAC to let them know we have accepted our referral, and we will be faxing paperwork to them tonight.

Thank you in advance to the many family, and friends who will soon be following our journey and praying for the three of us.

Soon to be "3"

love ya...

You know I'm partial to Breck, Jared or Griffin all very strong names! I still want to know what Region he's from? Will you have to travel far from Moscow? I know I can keep my questions to myself but others might want to know too! So very excited for you "3"! Love,

AMEN!!!!!!!! I am thrilled for you and Justin! It is finally here, this may be the merriest Christmas ever! Wyatt is a great name, maybe the region of Russia he is from could make a good middle name. Can't wait to meet the little guy. I'll pray some more for a very short time until he comes home. hugs all around.

Oh, we are so happy for the both of you! Knowing how long you have both wanted to be parents and prayed and prayed and finally, God has answered those prayers. Your son is here! I love Wyatt! As far as a middle name, I know you said Russian maybe to keep something of his heritage... I researched some names with meanings...although they may not be Russian. So many had great meanings, but here are some I thought were great...Asher - Happy and Blessed, Bennett - means Blessed, Chip - is African meaning gift, Christian- follower of Christ, Donato - Italian for Given by God, Elian - My Lord has Answered, Elkan -European for God created or God Bought, Gabriel/Gabe - God is my Strength, Graham - Grand Home, Jack - God is Gracious, Jaden - God has heard, Jonathan - God has given, Matthew - Gift of God, Simon - He Heard. These were just a few with such great meanings... all which apply to you and Justin. You called upon God, her heard your cries, He gave you this great gift... Wyatt. You will know the name that is fitting. Congratulations my friends, you are both deserving parents and now a new little family! Love you! - Liz
